Elders Real Estate Queensland State Manager Colin Hawkins is pleased to welcome its newest franchisee to the network. Mr Ian Partington is the new franchise owner of Elders Gympie.
Mr Hawkins said “It’s pleasing to have such a high quality business owner and experienced business manager leading the real estate sales team in Gympie”.
Mr Partington has a long association with the real estate industry. He took over the responsibility of managing the business before becoming the new franchise owner.
He has increased the volume of the business threefold and has surrounded himself with dedicated and high performing team members. Recently Mel Clift, office manager, was awarded the state award for marketing and administration. Mr Partington also won the highest productivity award for not only Queensland, but Australia wide. Elders Gympie has a winning combination for providing the best property services in the area.
The expansion of the Elders brand reflects its strategic focus on targeting quality agents who have amazing local reputations and are highly skilled, motivated and high achievers.
Gympie is one of the fastest growing regions in South East Queensland, making it a key location for Elders. It sits 171km north of the Brisbane CBD and has a mix of property uses such as town residential property, lifestyle hobby farms and larger income producing broadacre property. It sits in close proximity to the northern Sunshine Coast attractions such as popular breweries, boutique restaurant scenes, famous beaches and popular tourist areas.
The skill base within the Elders Gympie franchise covers all these markets. Ian and his dedicated team are currently one of the lead sales agencies in Gympie and they have a large database and following in the residential and lifestyle property sectors.
National Head of Real Estate for Elders, Belinda Connor, said the growth of the network is moving at a fast pace. “Several new franchises have opened nationally since 1 January 2021. Importantly, we have also had a record number of franchisees renewing their franchise agreements. This speaks to the high levels of franchisee satisfaction out there. Elders values their franchisees very highly and we’re delighted to see that paying off.”
