$1,000 Fuel Referral Campaign – Terms & Conditions
Elders Real Estate Gympie

Campaign Period

• This promotion commences immediately and concludes at 5pm on 30 June 2026.
• Referrals must be submitted on or before this date to be eligible.

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Elders Real Estate Gympie and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The property being referred must be within the Elders Real Estate Gympie franchise area.

Referral Criteria

• A valid referral then must be in writing and include the full name and contact details of a property owner who is considering selling their property.
• The referred person must not already have a property currently listed with Elders Real Estate Gympie.

Qualifying Transaction

• To qualify for the referral reward, the referred property must be:
  • Exclusively listed with Elders Real Estate Gympie;
  • Actively marketed by Elders Real Estate Gympie; and
  • Successfully sold and settled through Elders Real Estate Gympie.

Referral Reward

• The referrer will receive a $1,000  after the referred property sale has settled.
• Payment will be made within 7 days of settlement.

Bonus Reward

• If the same referrer provides a second successful referral (meeting all qualifying criteria outlined above), they will receive:An additional $1,000 fuel voucher.
• The bonus applies only after the second referred property has successfully settled.

Multiple Referrals

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make; however, rewards are only payable for successful, qualifying transactions.

Referral Validity

• Referrals must be submitted prior to any contact between Elders Real Estate Gympie and the referred client.
• In the event of duplicate referrals, the reward will be paid to the first valid referral received, as determined by Elders Real Estate Gympie.

Payment Conditions

• Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other services.
• Any tax implications are the responsibility of the recipient.

General Conditions

• Elders Real Estate Gympie reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and disqualify any participant who submits false or misleading information.
• Elders Real Estate Gympie reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
• This offer is exclusive to Elders Real Estate Gympie and is not running in association with any other Elders franchise.

• Participation in this referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
